When you place an order — your name, delivery address, email address, and phone number. We need this to fulfil the order, send the confirmation, and arrange delivery. Your payment card details are entered directly into Stripe’s checkout form and never reach our servers.

When you use the contact form or WhatsApp — your name, email, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you.

Automatic technical data — when you visit, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs your IP address and basic browser information for security and abuse prevention. Separately, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are popular, how visitors find us, what device they’re on, and which country they’re browsing from. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and processes a truncated form of your IP address that does not personally identify you.

If you click on one of our Google advertisements and then make a purchase, Google Ads conversion tracking records that the ad led to a sale. This uses a cookie that does not personally identify you, expires within 90 days, and is used only to measure advertising effectiveness.

We share personal data only with the third-party processors required to run the shop and our advertising:

• Stripe (payments) — name, email, billing address, card data
• Resend (transactional email) — name, email, order details
• Cloudflare (hosting and security) — IP address and basic request metadata
• Google LLC (analytics and advertising measurement) — pseudonymous usage and conversion data via cookies; processed in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy

We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Order records are kept for 7 years to meet Singapore accounting and tax requirements. Contact form messages are kept for up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete earlier, subject to the legal retention requirement above.

You have the right to ask us:

• What personal data we hold about you
• To correct any inaccurate data
• To withdraw consent for any specific use of your data

This site uses three categories of browser storage:

Strictly necessary — your shopping cart contents are stored in local storage on your device so items aren’t lost between pages. This data never reaches our servers.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (typically named _ga and _ga_*) to count visitors and measure how the site is used. These cookies usually last 2 years and contain a random identifier, not your name or email.

Advertising — when you arrive via a Google advertisement, Google may set conversion-tracking cookies (such as _gcl_aw and _gcl_au) that last up to 90 days. These let us measure whether ads led to purchases.

You can clear, block, or disable cookies at any time using your browser’s privacy controls.

You can opt out of being measured by Google Analytics by installing Google’s official browser opt-out add-on. You can manage ad personalization in your Google account at myadcenter.google.com. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” setting that we respect where technically possible.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes.
