Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices.
Is it safe to enter my card details?
Yes. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure form and never touch our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security available.
Will I receive a receipt?
Stripe sends an automatic payment receipt to your email address. You'll also receive an order confirmation from us.

How much does delivery cost?
Orders over S$50 qualify for free delivery. We deliver to most addresses in Singapore.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
Express delivery options are S$25. Please allow for an additional business day for orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns on all unused items in original packaging. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
What if my brush arrives damaged?
Very rare, but if it happens, send us a photo within 3 days of delivery. We'll replace it immediately at no charge — no return required.

How do I clean a bristle brush?
Remove loose hair weekly by running a fine-tooth comb through the bristles. Monthly, wash in warm water with a small amount of mild shampoo. Rinse thoroughly, shake out excess water, and dry bristle-down on a towel. Never submerge the wooden handle or leave it standing in water.
